Transformations Center for Wellness and Recovery is located in Harrisonburg, Virginia. We offer health education programs and out-patient recovery resource programs, specializing in eating disorder recovery.

Transformations represent an individual’s transition from one paradigm to another - ex. addiction to recovery - through a process of revolutions. This paradigm shift is comparable to a caterpillar’s metamorphosis into a beautiful butterfly and highlights the strength gained from life’s hardships.
